摘 要:民族院校是马克思主义民族观在我国高等教育领域实践运用的主要场域,是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要载体,而通识教育正是完成其办学使命的重要路径,其包括教育理念与课程实践两个层面。民族院校通识教育理念的内涵是以提升人才培养质量为核心、以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为导向和以传承中华优秀文化为使命。课程作为实施通识教育的关键,关系到民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实效。分析8所民族院校通识课程实践现状发现,其存在重显性、轻隐性,课程模式单一,高水平教师参与度不高,教学质量无法得到保证等问题,影响民族院校人才培养质量。新时代,民族院校需要变革人才培养模式,推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识,提升通识课程质量,建构显性与隐性课程统筹一体的课程体系。Ethnic colleges and universities are the practical application of the Marxist view of nationalities in China’s higher education field,and they are an important carrier for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in the new era.General education is an important path to accomplish their educational mission,including the aspects of educational philosophy and curriculum practice.The concept of general education in ethnic colleges and universities embodies the connotation of taking improving the quality of talent training as the core,taking consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation as the orientation,and taking inheriting ethnic culture as the mission.As the key to implementing general education,the curriculum is related to the effectiveness of ethnic colleges and universities in consolidating a sense of community for the Chinese nation.Analysis of the current status of general curriculum practice in 8 ethnic colleges and universities reveals that there are problems such as emphasizing the explicit and neglecting the implicit,a single curriculum model,the low participation of high-level teachers,and the inability to guarantee teaching quality,which affect the quality of talent training in ethnic colleges and universities.In the new era,ethnic colleges and universities need to transform the talent training model,promote the consolidation of a sense of community for the Chinese nation,improve the quality of general education courses,and construct a curriculum system that integrates explicit and implicit courses with ethnic characteristics.
