职业教育助推共同富裕发展的贡献率测度

摘  要:文章以2014—2022年中国31个省份的面板数据为研究样本,基于物质富裕维度、精神富裕维度、健康富裕维度、生态富裕维度、内生富裕维度构建共同富裕综合评价指标体系,并以C-D生产函数为理论基础,引入教育要素对其进行修正,构建修正后的教育生产函数模型,测度职业教育在时序上对共同富裕的贡献率。研究结果表明,职业教育对共同富裕具有显著促进作用,整体贡献率为36.74%,投入贡献率表现较为明显;区域异质性分析结果表明,职业教育助推共同富裕发展的贡献率在东部地区最高,在中部和西部地区差距不大。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2014 to 2022,this paper constructs a comprehensive evalu-ation index system of common prosperity based on the dimensions of material affluence,spiritual affluence,health affluence,eco-logical affluence and endogenous affluence,and then taking C-D production function as the theoretical basis,introduces educa-tional factors to make corrections,and constructs a revised educational production function model to measure the contribution rate of vocational education to common prosperity in time series.The research results show that vocational education has a significant promoting effect on common prosperity,with the overall contribution rate of 36.74%,and a relatively more obvious input contribu-tion rate.The results of regional heterogeneity analysis show that the contribution rate of vocational education to common prosperi-ty is the highest in the eastern region,with little difference between the central and western regions.
