摘 要:乳酸作为一种重要的有机酸,在食品工业、医药制造、生物可降解塑料以及农业等领域有着广泛的应用。本文综述了乳酸的合成方法,包括传统的发酵法以及新兴的化学转化法、酶化法、电化学合成法。相比之下,发酵法主要集中在基因工程菌株的改良、发酵工艺的优化、高收率稳定菌株的筛选等方面;化学转化法上研究者们正致力于改进合成路径,需要寻找更加环保和可持续的生产方法;酶化法结合了发酵法的生物相容性和化学转化法的可控性,有望在未来的乳酸生产中发挥更大的潜力;电化学合成法在工程转化上存在能耗较高的问题。并对未来乳酸合成技术的研究方向进行了展望,强调了开发高效、低成本、环境友好的乳酸生产工艺的重要性。Lactic acid,as an important organic acid,has been widely used in food industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing and biodegradable plastics.In this paper,the synthesis methods of lactic acid are reviewed,including the traditional fermentation method,the new chemical conversion method,enzyme method and electrochemical synthesis method.In contrast,the fermentation method mainly focuses on the improvement of genetically engineered strains,the optimization of fermentation technology,and the screening of high-yield and stable strains.In chemical conversion,researchers are working to improve the synthesis path and need to find more environmentally friendly and sustainable production methods;Enzymatic method combines the biocompatibility of fermentation method with the controllability of chemical conversion method,which is expected to play a greater potential in the production of lactic acid in the future.Electrochemical synthesis has the problem of high energy consumption in engineering conversion.The future research direction of lactic acid synthesis technology was prospected,and the importance of developing high efficiency,low cost and environment friendly lactic acid production process was emphasized.
