摘  要:本文积极探索创新发展产教融合协同育人的办学模式,从建设产教融合共同体的新生态出发,针对当前构建产教融合共同体所面临的生态体系建设不完善、政策覆盖面和执行力缺失、组织架构不规范等问题,在打造产教融合生态环境、多主体优化育人过程、强化产教两端的资源共享和利益互惠、重构课程体系等方面进行论述。This paper actively explores the evolution and advancement of the educational model that integrates industry and academic with a focus on collaborative learning.Starting from the construction of a new ecology of industry-education integration and education community,it addresses the problems faced by the current construction of industry-education integration and education community,including imperfect ecosystem construction,lack of policy coverage and execution,and non-standard organizational structure,and discusses in the aspects of creating an ecological environment of industry-education integration,optimizing the process of educating people with multiple subjects,strengthening the sharing of resources and mutual benefit between industry and education,and reconstructing the curriculum system.
