摘 要:新质生产力是以科技创新为内核,以高质量发展为落脚点,通过技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置和产业深度转型升级而催生的新型生产力。职业教育作为培养高素质技能人才的主阵地,其数字化转型主要通过人才培养、产业发展、创新激活三方面赋能新质生产力发展。然而,在赋能过程中,以人才作为新质生产力发展的逻辑分析起点,还存在人机共生关系矛盾,导致人才培养的异化;产教融合不充分,导致人才成长道路不畅;科教融汇不紧密,导致人才创新能力发展受阻等现实梗阻。因此,提出人才固本,探索数字化人才培养的新方向;资源互通,构筑以数字化推动产教融合深化的新模式;创新引领,释放数字化助力科学研究的新动能等增效路径,促进职业教育数字化转型赋能新质生产力发展的落实。New quality productive forces are driven by technological innovation and focused on high-quality development.It emerges through technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and upgrading transformation of industries.As the main arena for cultivating high-quality skilled talent,the digital transformation of vocational education empowering the development of new quality productive forces in three aspects:talent cultivation,industrial development and innovation activating.However,talent as the logical starting point of the development of new quality productive forces presents some obstacles during the process:contradictions in the human-machine symbiosis relationship,leading to the mismatch of talent cultivation;insufficient the integration between industry and education results in difficulties of the growth path for talent;and the lack implementation of the integration between science and education hinders the development of the innovative ability of talent.Therefore,it is proposed to solidify talent as the foundation to explore new pathways for digital talent cultivation;facilitate resource connectivity to build a new model for deepening the integration between industry and education driven by digitalization;and lead innovation to release new momentum for scientific research supported by digitalization.These efficiency pathways aim to promote the implementation of the digital transformation of vocational education promoting new quality productive forces.
