现代大学书院制改革汲取宋代书院办学经验刍议

摘　　要：宋代书院办学蕴含着“教以复性”的德育内核,其以培养德才兼备、经世致用之人才为重任,着眼于教育事业的长远价值,一定程度上规避了传统官学中求学者为博取功名而受教的功利化弊端。宋代书院办学在总体办学目标、课程教学内容、教学组织形式、办学支持条件等方面为现代大学书院制改革提供了颇多有益经验。当下我国现代大学书院制建设正处于深化改革和转型发展的关键时期,亦处于理论与行动整合的重要阶段。部分大学书院办学存在定位模糊、目标松散、互动欠缺、环境支持不足等现实问题,难以真正发挥书院的教学功能和德育价值。借鉴宋代书院办学经验,有助于把握古代书院教育德性教化之内核,明确现代大学书院须坚持以“立德树人”为根本任务的办学目标,灵活拓展大学书院的教学内容、层次和形式,全方位支持大学书院办学环境的营造,以保障大学书院办学的育人效果,推动大学书院制改革向纵深发展。The academies in the Song Dynasty contained the core of moral education:"teaching to restore nature."They took the cultivation of talents with moral integrity and ability and practical application as their mission,focused on the long-term value of education,and,to a certain extent,avoided the practical drawbacks of traditional official schools where students were educated for fame.The academies in the Song Dynasty provides a beneficial experience for the reform of the college system of modern universities in terms of overall institutional goals,course teaching content,teaching organization form,and school support conditions.At present,the construction of the college system of modern universities in China is in a critical period of deepening reform,transformation,and development,and it is also in an essential stage of integrating theory and practice.Some university colleges have realistic problems such as vague positioning,loose goals,lack of interaction,and insufficient environmental support,which hinder the actual realization of these academies'educational functions and moral values.Drawing on the school-running experience of academies in the Song Dynasty will help us grasp the core of moral education in ancient academy education and clarify that modern university academies must adhere to the goal of running a school by"establishing morality and cultivating people"as the fundamental task,flexibly expand the teaching content,level and form of university academies,and fully support the creation of a university academy environment to ensure the educational effect of university academies and promote the in-depth development of the university academy system reform.
