校企合作视角下高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业劳动教育路径探讨

摘　　要：文章以校企合作视角下高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业劳动教育的实践路径为研究主题,首先探讨校企合作视角下高职院校开展劳动教育的意义,然后分析高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业劳动教育存在的问题,最后得出“高职院校增强劳动教育意识、校企合作完善劳动教育体系、校企合作明确劳动教育目标、校企合作丰富劳动教育内容、校企合作创新劳动教育形式、校企合作组织劳动教育活动”的实践策略,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。This article takes the practical path of labor education in vocational hotel management and digital operation majors from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation as the research theme.Firstly,it explores the significance of vocational colleges carrying out labor education from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in labor education in vocational hotel management and digital operation majors.Finally,it concludes with the practical strategies of"strengthening labor education awareness in vocational colleges,improving the labor education system through school enterprise cooperation,clarifying labor education goals through school enterprise cooperation,enriching labor education content through school enterprise cooperation,innovating labor education forms through school enterprise cooperation,and organizing labor education activities through school enterprise cooperation",in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
