终身学习理念下非学历教育质量保障体系建设路径

摘　　要：非学历教育作为非正规教育的主要形式,既是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,也是国家人力资源开发的重要渠道,还是教育体系服务人民群众多样化学习需求的重要手段和推进学习型社会建设的重要力量。非学历教育已经成为人们获取新知识、新技能和提升个人竞争力的重要途径,终身学习理念的提出也为非学历教育实现高质量发展提供理论支持。基于此,从国家、政府、教育者、学习者等角度详细阐述终身学习理念下非学历教育质量保障体系建设的具体路径。Non-degree education,as the main form of informal education,is an important component of China’s lifelong education system,an important channel for the development of national human resources,an important means for the education system to serve the diverse learning needs of the people,and an important force in promoting the construction of a learning society.Non-degree education has become an important way for people to acquire new knowledge and skills,and enhance personal competitiveness.The concept of lifelong learning also provides theoretical support for the high-quality development of non-degree education.Based on this,this article elaborates in detail on the specific path of constructing a quality assurance system for non-degree education under the concept of lifelong learning from the perspectives of the state,government,educators,and learners,etc.
