摘  要:中国特有教育家精神,以其深厚的文化底蕴和鲜明的时代特征,赋予了新时代人民教师崇高的职业使命,为新时代培育高素质强国之师提供了根本遵循。这一重要精神高度凝练了历代教育家的优秀品格,承继了中华优秀传统文化的基因,具体表现为修齐治平的人生信条、言传身教的修德情操、善喻博喻的育人方法、日新又新的躬耕态度、仁而爱人的师者仁心、立心立命的弘道理想。这些中华优秀传统思想要素的创造性转化和创新性发展,不仅彰显了建设高素质强国之师和构建高质量教育体系的时代价值和实践意义,而且赋予了中国特有教育家精神鲜明的中国底色和时代特色。The spirit of Chinese educator has given the people’s teachers in the new era a noble professional mission,and has provided a fundamental guideline for the cultivation of high-quality teachers for a strong nation.This important spirit has highly condensed the excellent character of educators of all times and contains deep traditional cultural genes,which are mainly manifested in the creed of life to cultivate one’s moral character,aligning one’s family,ruling the country,and pacifying the world,the sentiment of cultivating morality of teaching by word and example,the method of educating people with good and broad metaphors,the attitude of cultivating with new and new day by day,the benevolence of teachers who love others,and the pursuit of establishing the heart and life.The creative transformation and innovative development of these elements of excellent traditional Chinese thought not only give the unique Chinese educator spirit a distinctive Chinese color and contemporary characteristics,but also highlight the value and practical significance of building a high-quality and strong teacher and a high-quality education system.
