摘 要:学生发展指导在教育高质量发展的过程中具有综合育人的独特价值,需要在实践与创新中建立共同体意识,形成教育关怀的合力,实现新的突破。关怀型教育共同体是学校发挥在学生发展指导、校家社协同育人中的主体作用,打开校门、突破边界、有效选择、深度融合,促进学校熏陶、家庭熏陶、社会与社区熏陶、学生自我熏陶的实践建构,能够为学生提供认知、行为、心理等方面的引导与服务,促进学生全面、健康、和谐发展。文章在理论分析基础上以实践为例,对关怀型教育共同体的建构进行探讨,以期为学生发展指导工作提供借鉴参考。Student development guidance has unique value in the process of high-quality education,and requires the establishment of a sense of community through practice and innovation,forming a joint force of educational care,and achieving new breakthroughs.A caring education community is the main role that schools play in guiding student development and promoting collaborative education between schools,families,and communities.It opens the door,breaks through boundaries,makes effective choices,and deeply integrates to promote practical construction of school education,family education,social and community education,and student self education.It can provide guidance and services in cognitive,behavioral,psychological,and other aspects for students,and promote their comprehensive,healthy,and harmonious development.Based on theoretical analysis and practical examples,this article explores the construction of a caring education community,in order to provide reference for student development guidance work.
