摘  要:本实验以葡萄糖为目标检测物,以玉米芯荧光碳量子点作为过氧化物模拟酶建立检测葡萄糖的比色-荧光双传感分析方法,以2,2’-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)作为酶催化底物,通过在体系中加入的葡萄糖氧化酶特异性催化葡萄糖氧化产生H_(2)O_(2),与玉米芯荧光碳量子点反应建立一种比色-荧光双传感检测葡萄糖的体系。在最佳优化条件下,紫外-可见光比色法检测体系在0.001~0.5 mmol/L范围内表现出良好的线性关系,工作曲线回归方程为y=10.907x+0.659 5(R^(2)=0.993 8),检出限为1.305 5μmol/L;荧光法检测体系在0.001~0.1 mmol/L范围内表现出良好的线性关系,工作曲线回归方程为y=9 172x+4 438(R~2=0.994 4),检出限为9.249 7 nmol/L。将该方法用于市售饮料中葡萄糖的检测,具有良好的加标回收率和精密度,表明玉米芯荧光碳量子点模拟酶在检测葡萄糖方面具有潜在的应用价值。A colorimetric/fluorescent dual-sensing assay for the detection of glucose was established based on the peroxidase-like activity of fluorescent carbon quantum dots derived from corncob.In the system,glucose oxidase was added to specifically catalyze the oxidation of glucose to produce H2O2,which was then reacted with 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)under the catalysis of carbon quantum dots.Under optimized conditions,good linearity was observed between the absorbance(y)of the reaction system and glucose concentration(x)in the range of 0.001–0.5 mmol/L,which was fitted as follows:y=10.907x+0.6595,R2=0.9938,with a detection limit of 1.3055μmol/L.Moreover,good linearity was observed between the difference in fluorescence intensity(y)and glucose concentration(x)in the range of 0.001–0.1 mmol/L,which was fitted as follows:y=9172x+4438,R2=0.9944,with a detection limit of 9.2497 nmol/L.The method was applied to the detection of glucose in four real samples,with good spiked recovery rates and precision,which indicated that corncob fluorescent carbon quantum dots have the potential for application as an enzyme mimic in the detection of glucose.
