摘　　要：为了探讨案例教学法在药物合成反应教学中的应用,通过案例教学对课程进行教学改革。文章首先介绍了案例教学法的概念和特点,然后以药物合成反应中氧化反应章节为研究对象,选择青蒿素Artemisinin和猴头菌素Erinacerin A的全合成为例,兼顾课程思政,设计了两种不同的案例实施方案,提高学生的课堂参与能力与教学质量,增强学生对药物合成反应的学习兴趣。可为类似课程的教学改革提供借鉴和参考。This thesis aims to discuss the application of the case study in the course of organic reactions in drug synthesis,and to reform the course through case teaching.The thesis first introduces the concept and characteristics of the case teaching method,then focuses on th e chapter of oxidation reaction and selects two cases to enhancing students'classroom participation,improving teaching quality,and increasing students'interest in learning drug synthesis.This article can provide guidance for teaching reform in similar courses.
