摘 要:随着经济全球化的深入发展和知识的变革,创新创业教育由高等教育阶段开始向前和向后延伸,呈现出终身化趋向。创新创业教育终身化契合终身学习促进创新创业的国际趋势,切合创新体制机制推动经济高质量发展的实际,符合我国由就业走向创业的必然要求。通过分析终身化导向下的“创业生涯周期”,可以明确创新创业教育在创业准备期、能力建构期、创业初始期、创业成熟期、创业稳定期这五个时期的着力点,推动创业素养的涵育、创业品质的培养、创业动机的激发、创业生态的保障、创业规划的深入,继而在实践中做好前置阶段的启蒙、关键阶段的奠基、终身阶段的深化。With the deepening development of economic globalization and the transformation of knowledge,innovation and entrepreneurship education has extended forward and backward from the higher education stage,showing a lifelong trend.The lifelong education of innovation and entrepreneurship is in line with the international trend of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship through lifelong learning,the reality of promoting high-quality economic development through innovative institutional mechanisms,and the inevitable requirement for China to move from employment to entrepreneurship.By constructing and analyzing the“entrepreneurial career cycle”guided by lifelong learning,we can clarify the focus of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the five stages of entrepreneurial preparation,ability construction,initial stage,mature stage,and stable stage,promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial literacy,entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial ecology guarantee,and in-depth entrepreneurial planning,and then do a good job in the enlightenment of the pre stage,the foundation of the key stage,and the deepening of the lifelong stage in practice.
