摘　　要：深化产教融合、校企合作是国家推进职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,由于学校“育人”属性和企业“营利”属性的利益诉求差异,导致合作双方产生利益冲突和博弈。基于演化博弈和系统科学理论,构建职业教育校企深化合作演化博弈模型,分析校企积极合作稳定均衡点及合作策略选择的影响因素,运用系统动力学模型进行数值仿真,探讨参数变化对系统演化的影响,由此提出推进职业院校深化校企合作的对策建议。Deepening university-enterprise cooperation is an important measure for China to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Due to the difference in interest demands between schools and enterprises,the two parties have conflicts of interest and games.Based on evolutionary game and system science theory,the evolutionary game model of deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education,analyzes the influencing factors of school enterprise active cooperation and stable equilibrium point and cooperation strategy selection.Using system dynamics model for numerical simulation,discusses the impact of parameter changes on system evolution,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote vocational colleges to deepen school enterprise cooperation.
