摘 要:目的了解本科护生自我超越与创新行为现状,探究二者间相关性,为护理学专业人才培育提供理论依据。方法应用一般资料调查表、自我超越量表(CSTS)、护生创新行为量表,在2022年7—12月对广西医科大学本科护理学专业302名护生进行问卷调查。结果本科护生的自我超越得分为45.82±6.65分,创新行为得分为52.49±7.96分,各维度均分由高到低分别为创新自我效能24.52±4.28分、创新行为16.87±3.16分、创新氛围11.10±1.96分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,本科护生自我超越与创新行为呈正相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,自我超越、是否发表过论文是本科护生创新行为的影响因素。结论本科护生的自我超越水平越高,其创新行为水平越高,护理院校应不断提高本科护生自我超越意识,从而促进创新水平的提高,为护理教育、护士培育提供保障。Objective To understand the current status of self-transcendence and innovative behaviors among undergraduate nursing students and explore the correlation between the self-transcendence and innovative behaviors,providing a theoretical basis for the cultivation of nursing professionals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 302 undergraduate nursing students at Guangxi Medical University from July to December 2022 using a general information questionnaire,the Self-Transcendence Scale(CSTS),and the nursing students'innovative behavior scale.Results The self-transcendence score for undergraduate nursing students was 45.82±6.65 points,and the innovative behavior score was 52.49±7.96 points.The average scores for each dimension,ranked from highest to lowest,were as follows:24.52±4.28 points for innovative self-efficacy,16.87±3.16 points for innovative behavior,and 11.10±1.96 points for innovation climate.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the self-transcendence and innovative behavior of undergraduate nursing students are positively correlated.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the self-transcendence and whether or not they have published papers are factors influencing the innovative behavior of undergraduate nursing students.Conclusion The higher the level of self-transcendence among undergraduate nursing students,the higher their level of innovative behavior.Nursing schools should continuously improve the self-transcendence awareness of undergraduate nursing students,thereby promoting the improvement of innovation levels and providing a guarantee for nursing education and nurse training.
