摘　　要：代际传承影响家族企业后续创新发展和机会创造。基于资源基础理论与角色认同理论,以2008-2022年中国422家处于代际传承中的上市家族企业为研究样本,探讨家族企业如何利用创新实现创业绩效增长,以及继承人角色特征在其中的调节作用。结果发现:创新投入正向影响家族创业绩效,创新产出在其中发挥中介作用;与女性继承人相比,男性继承人更能强化创新投入(经由创新产出)对家族创业绩效的影响;继承人排行次第无法调节创新投入(经由创新产出)对家族创业绩效的影响;亲缘关系无法调节创新投入(经由创新产出)对家族创业绩效的影响。结论对修正代际传承传统观念,优化家族创业创新策略具有一定的参考价值。As the Chinese economy enters a stage of high-quality development,innovation and entrepreneurship have become unique paths for family businesses to transform and pursue enduring success.Intergenerational succession is often seen as an important opportunity for family entrepreneurship.At this stage,China's family businesses are at the peak of inheritance from one generation to the second generation,and more than 3 million family businesses will enter the inheritance period in the next 10 years.The second-generation successors play an important role in stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit of the family business and promoting the family entrepreneurship,and their role characteristics will affect the subsequent innovation and development and opportunity creation of the family business.From the perspective of the gender of the successors,the serious gender bias in the intergenerational inheritance makes the preparation of daughters and the inherited innovation resources insufficient,which leads to the female successors being more sensitive to the risk of innovation activities.From the perspective of the birth order of successors,there are differences in the risk preference of children in different birth orders,which in turn affects their innovation preferences and strategic choices.From the perspective of heir kinship,the closer the kinship between the two parties,the higher the importance of the second-generation successors to the utilization of innovation input and the quality of the services or products provided,and the more they can have a positive impact on the innovation output.Previous studies have carried out rich discussions on family entrepreneurship,innovation input,innovation output,and intergenerational inheritance.However,there is still a need for in-depth research on the mechanism of intergenerational inheritance and the impact of innovation input and output on family entrepreneurial performance,which mainly includes the following two points:(1)There are few studies on the innovation activities of fam
