摘  要:劳动教育课程对学生劳动能力的培养和职业素质的养成有重要促进作用。当前,高职医学院校劳动教育课程存在教育资源开发不深、教学内容针对性不强、劳动实践平台单一、学生劳动价值认同感有待提升等问题,探索劳动教育课程优化策略,构建“一标准双目标三融合X课程”劳动教育模式,对提高医学生劳动素养与观念、激发创新精神和职业情怀、全面落实立德树人根本任务有重要现实意义。Labor education course plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of students'labor ability and the development of vocational quality.At present,the labor education course of higher vocational medical colleges has problems such as the lack of deep development of educational resources,the lack of targeted teaching content,the single platform for labor practice,and the need to improve the students'sense of identity of labor value,etc.It is of great practical significance to explore the optimization strategy of the labor education course and to construct the"one standard,two objectives,three fusions and X courses"labor education model to improve the labor quality and concept,stimulate the spirit of innovation and vocational sentiment,and comprehensively implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral education.
