临床科研训练+TBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科见习教学中的实践应用

摘　　要：选择2022年9月—2023年5月在中山大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科见习的医学生为研究对象,采用临床科研训练+TBL教学模式,通过问卷调查,了解见习前后医学生对临床科研的认识及态度和临床科研相关能力的评价,以及今后就业方向及报考研究生方向,探讨临床科研训练+TBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科见习教学中应用的效果。结果表明,临床科研训练+TBL教学模式应用于耳鼻咽喉科见习教学,有助于提高医学生对临床科研的兴趣及临床科研能力和团队协作能力,也有利于增强学科影响力。Selected medical interns in the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2022 to May 2023 as the research subjects,and adopted the clinical scientific research training+TBL teaching model to find out the medical students'knowledge and attitudes towards clinical scientific research and the evaluation of their clinical scientific research-related abilities before and after the internship,as well as their future employment and postgraduate directions,and to explore the effects of clinical scientific research training+TBL teaching model in the internship teaching.The results showed that the application of clinical scientific research training+TBL teaching model in otolaryngology internship teaching can help to improve medical students'interest in clinical research,clinical scientific research ability and teamwork ability,and also help to enhance the influence of the discipline.
