赋权增能视域下临床护理英语创新阅读教学策略研究

摘  要:以赋权增能教学理论为研究视角,以“角权责统一,做学用合一,能力内生”为理论基础,针对临床护理专业英语课程,创新性地设计基于赋权增能教育理念的专业英语阅读教学策略,形成赋权增能式阅读教学策略模型。该策略模型包括“两个一、三阶段、四策略”。“两个一”是指教师和学生的角色、权利和责任相互统一,学习与实践紧密结合;“三阶段”是指课前、课中、课后每个阶段实施“做学用合一”活动;“四策略”包括基础性阅读、检视性阅读、分析性阅读、审辨式阅读,旨在指导学生深入理解文本。以临床护理英语课程第三单元为例,进行教学设计与实施,并从教材内容分析、课堂组织与实施、教学效果分析3个方面形成教学实施报告。研究结果表明,赋权增能式阅读教学策略能有效提升学生的专业英语阅读能力,为临床护理英语阅读教学提供新的教学思路和实践参考。Taking the theory of RightOempower teaching as the research perspective,and based on the theoretical foundation of"unity of roles,rights and responsibilities,integration of doing,learning and application,and endogenous abilities",this study innovatively designs professional English reading teaching strategy based on the concept of RightOempower education for Clinical Nursing English course,forming an RightOempower reading teaching strategy model.The strategy model includes"two one-stage,three-stage,and four-strategy"."Two one-stage"refers to the mutual unity of roles,rights and responsibilities between teachers and students,and the close integration of learning and practice."Three-stage"refers to the implementation of"the integration of doing,learning and application"activity in each stage before,during and after class."Four-strategy"includes basic reading,inspective reading,analytic reading,and critical reading,aimed at guiding students to deeply understand the text.Taking the third unit of Clinical Nursing English course as an example,teaching design and implementation will be carried out,and a teaching implementation report will be formed from three aspects:textbook content analysis,classroom organization and implementation,and teaching effectiveness analysis.The research results indicate that the RightOempower reading teaching strategy can effectively enhance students'professional English reading ability,providing new teaching ideas and practical references for Clinical Nursing English reading teaching.
