摘  要:目的 探索客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在临床药学本科学生药学监护技能评估中的应用。方法 于我校2021级临床药学本科大三学生中开展OSCE,从信息采集、管理策略、随访评估及沟通技巧4个方面评价学生临床技能,并与学生撰写的SOAP(S-主观信息、O-客观信息、A-分析评价、P-治疗方案)执业记录成绩进行比较,探究学生制定监护计划与临床实践执行计划状况的差异;开展问卷调查以评估学生及考官对OSCE的满意度。结果 学生在主动聆听(占59.1%)及提问方式(占67.4%)2个方面的沟通技巧表现欠佳;与学生SOAP执业记录成绩相比,OSCE中的信息采集、管理策略、随访评估方面的得分率较低(P <0.05)。90%学生认为OSCE能反映他们的临床思维能力及沟通交流技能水平。结论 OSCE能客观反映学生的临床技能,提示学生在制定监护计划与实践执行计划中存在差异,但OSCE开展也面临诸多困难与挑战。在未来需积极探索OSCE在评估学生全方位药学实践技能中的应用。AIM To explore the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in assessing patient education skills of undergraduate clinical pharmacy students. METHODS OSCE was applied to third-year clinical pharmacy undergraduates of class 2021 to assess their pharmaceutical care practice skills, focusing on information collection, management strategies, follow-up assessment, and communication skills. The results were then compared to the students' SOAP(S-Subjective, O-Objective, A-Assessment, P-Plan) grades to examine any discrepancies between their development of plans and their implementation in clinical practice. Additionally, a survey was conducted to assess students' and examiners' satisfaction levels with the OSCE. RESULTS Students performed poorly on communication skills in active listening(59.1%) and questioning style(67.4%). Compared with students' SOAP scores, the scores of information collection, management strategies, and follow-up assessment in OSCE were lower(P < 0.05). About 90% of the students believed that OSCE could reflect their clinical thinking ability and communication skill level. CONCLUSION The OSCE objectively reflects students' clinical skills and highlights discrepancies between students' development of monitoring plans and their practical execution. However, implementing OSCE also faces numerous difficulties and challenges. In the future,it is essential to actively explore the application of OSCE in assessing students' comprehensive pharmacy practice skills.
