摘 要:职业教育作为一种类型教育,肩负着为国家培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要使命。混合所有制改革是我国职业教育发展的重要趋势之一,全面推进混合所有制改革,需要在国家政策的指引下,不断完善相关的法律法规,持续优化职业院校的法人治理结构,统筹收益分配制度,规范市场产权交易,加强资本市场风险管控;建立健全职业院校管理运行机制,强化激励约束机制,完善绩效评价机制,优化资本流转机制,落实办学保障机制。实现多元主导、合作共赢、风险共担、利益共享的长效发展机制。通过机制建设,持续提升人才培养与企业岗位能力需求的匹配度,培养出更多适应经济社会发展的高素质技术技能型人才,为构建技能型社会提供强有力的智力支撑。As a type of education,vocational education shoulders the important mission of training high⁃quality technical and skilled personnel for the country.The reform of mixed ownership is an important trend in the development of vocational education in China.To comprehensively promote the reform of mixed ownership,it is necessary to constantly improve relevant laws and regulations,continuously optimize the corporate governance structure of vocational colleges,coordinate the income distribution system,standardize market property rights transactions,and strengthen capital market risk control under the guidance of national policies.Establish and improve the management and operation mechanism of vocational colleges,and strengthen the incentive and restraint mechanism.Improve the performance evaluation mechanism,optimize the capital circulation mechanism,and implement the school⁃running guarantee mechanism.To achieve a long⁃term development mechanism of multi⁃dominance,win⁃win cooperation,risk sharing and benefit sharing.Through the construction of mechanism,we can continuously improve the matching degree between talent training and enterprise post ability demand,cultivate more high⁃quality technical and skilled talents to adapt to economic and social development,and provide strong intellectual support for the construction of skilled society.
