摘 要:师范生作为教师队伍发展的后备军,是教育高质量发展的重要力量。师范生师德养成是落实立德树人的根本要求,促进师资队伍发展的迫切需求,践行职业道德的关键环节,关系着整个教师队伍的建设。当前,师范生师德养成存在课程设置缺乏针对性、第二课堂育人模式不全、评价方式单一等问题,需要通过构建立体化师德教育课程体系、开展全程化的第二课堂实践活动、改进多元评价方式等途径,推动师范生师德养成教育的发展。As the source of the development of the teaching staff,normal students are an important force for the high-quality development of education.The cultivation of teacher ethics among normal students is an important means of testing the teaching staff and is related to the construction of the entire teaching staff.At present,there are problems with the lack of targeted curriculum design,incomplete second classroom education models,and single evaluation methods in the cultivation of teacher ethics among normal students.This article conducts research on teacher ethics cultivation through the construction of a three-dimensional teacher ethics education curriculum system,the implementation of full process second classroom practical activities,and the improvement of multiple evaluation methods.Efforts are made to explore practical and feasible strategies,aiming to provide practical and reference for the cultivation of teacher ethics among normal students in Yunnan Province.
