摘 要:我国“双一流”建设的战略决策为高校的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,在此背景下实践教学显得尤其重要。华南农业大学以培养具有创新思维和实践能力的一流人才为出发点,通过优化整合校内外食品安全实验教学资源,建成了具有农林院校特色的省级食品质量安全实验教学示范中心。通过完善实践教学体系、创新实践教学平台、优化实验教学师资队伍、建设信息化管理平台和完善实验室条件等举措,有效地提高了人才培养质量和促进学科提升,也为学校深入实施“双一流”建设提供了重要保障。The“double first-class”strategy has brought new opportunities and challenges for the development of colleges and universities.In this context,practical teaching is particularly important.For the purpose of cultivating first-class talents with innovative thinking and practical ability,South China Agricultural University had established a provincial experimental teaching demonstration center for food quality and safety with characteristics of agriculture and forestry universities through optimizing and integrating the related teaching resources inside and outside the university.Through improving the practice teaching system,innovating practice teaching platform,optimizing experiment teaching faculty,constructing information management platform and improving the laboratory conditions,the quality of the talent cultivation had been effectively improved and the food subject has been promoted.The construction of experimental teaching demonstration center had provided the important safeguard for the implementation of the“double first-class”construction of the university as well.
