摘  要:高尿酸血症是一种常见的代谢性疾病,主要特征是血液中尿酸浓度超过正常范围。近年来,高尿酸血症患病率逐年攀升并年轻化,已经跃升为威胁人类健康的第二大代谢性疾病。研究表明,高尿酸血症的发生与发展与遗传、肥胖症、环境、性别及膳食等多种因素相关,机体尿酸合成增加或排泄降低都可导致高尿酸。通过总结近年相关文献,对高尿酸血症的发病原因及机制、膳食因素对高尿酸血症的影响及通过膳食控制尿酸水平进行综述,为预防、控制人体尿酸水平和后续深入研究提供理论参考。Hyperuricemia is a common metabolic disorder characterized by an excessive concentration of uric acid in the blood.In recent years,the prevalence of hyperuricemia has been increasing annually and gradually trending towards younger ages,becoming the second most threatening metabolic disorder to human health.Research indicates that the occurrence and development of hyperuricemia are associated with various factors such as genetics,obesity,environment,gender,and diet.Increased uric acid synthesis or decreased excretion by the body can lead to hyperuricemia.This article aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention,control of human uric acid levels,and further in-depth research by summarizing the etiology and mechanism of hyperuricemia,the influence of dietary factors on hyperuricemia,and the control of uric acid levels through dietary intervention.
