摘 要:基于学生运动技能提升的校本课程开发,不仅是个性化教育的深入体现,还能激发学生的学习兴趣与内在动力,促进学生综合素质的全面发展。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,探讨如何开发以学生运动技能提升为核心的校本课程。研究认为,学生整体水平偏低、学生技能掌握不均衡、教学趣味性缺失、评价体系不完善是导致学生运动技能难以提升的关键。并给出以下建议:深入洞察需求并精准定位教学;制定明确的导向与分层教学目标;科学规划与创新实践教学内容;注重评价过程与持续改进。The development of school-based curriculum based on students'sports skill improvement is not only a deep embodiment of personalized education but also can stimulate students'interest and intrinsic motivation for learning,promoting the comprehensive development of students'overall quality.The article employs research methods such as Literature Review to explore how to develop school-based curriculum centered on improving students'sports skills.Research concludes that the key factors hindering the enhancement of students'sports skills include a generally low level of performance,uneven skill acquisition among students,a lack of teaching engagement,and an imperfect evaluation system.And provides the following suggestions:Deeply insight into needs and accurately position teaching based on requirements;Develop clear guidance and hierarchical teaching objectives;Scientifically plan and innovatively practice teaching content;Focuse on the evaluation process and continuous improvement to develop school-based curriculum.
