摘 要:深化新时代教育评价改革对我国职前英语教师评价素养的培育提出了新要求。为探索我国职前英语教师评价素养发展路径,从职前英语教师评价素养构念和内涵分析入手,通过探索性因子分析,探讨了职前英语教师评价素养的构念,接着调查并分析了328名职前英语教师评价素养现状。研究结果表明:职前英语教师整体评价素养水平不高,评价知识较为匮乏,评价技能较为薄弱。在分析调查结果的基础上,分别从国家层面、学校层面和个人层面提出了适合我国职前英语教师评价素养发展的路径。The educational evaluation reform in the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of pre-service teachers’assessment literacy in China.This study,in order to explore the development methods of assessment literacy of pre-service teachers in China,began with the constructs and connotation analysis of assessment literacy of pre-service teachers and explored the constructs of assessment literacy of pre-service teachers through exploratory factor analysis.Then,the present situation of assessment literacy of 328 pre-service teachers was investigated and analyzed.The survey data show that the overall assessment literacy level of pre-service teachers is not high,and they lack assessment knowledge and skills.On the basis of the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward the development methods suitable for the assessment literacy of Chinese pre-service teachers from the national level,the school level and the individual level respectively.
