摘  要:基于半日评优提升幼儿园保教质量,要创新架构“一线两协同,四段三推进”工作模式;总结评优活动带来的转变,包括课程建设、组织管理、师幼互动等;开展评优工作反思,即引领建构科学适宜的园本课程体系,建立可持续的教师发展支持系统,健全常态化的幼儿园自我评估机制。To improve the quality of kindergarten’s education and care based on half-day assessment of excellence,it is necessary to innovate and structure the working mode of“one line,two synergies,four segments and three promotions”.It is also necessary to summarize the changes brought by the assessment of excellence activities including the construction of curricula,organization and management and the interaction between teachers and children.We carry out reflections on assessment of excellence,i.e.,we lead and construct a scientific and appropriate kindergarten-based curriculum system and establish a sustainable supportive system for teachers’development and refine a regular kindergarten self-assessment mechanism.
