指向中职烹饪专业学生核心素养的教学设计

摘  要:中职烹饪专业的核心素养可以从必备品格和关键能力两个维度进行解析。指向中职烹饪专业学生核心素养的教学设计要注意以下几个方面:教学目标设计要突出专业核心素养要求,教学内容方面要注重单元教学设计,教学方法要引导学生深度学习,教学形式要注重实践教学,教学评价要伴随教学全过程。The core literacy of vocational culinary major students can be analyzed from the dimensions of essential character and key competencies.In terms of teaching design pointing to the core literacy of vocational culinary students we should pay attention to the following aspects:the design of teaching objectives should lay emphasis on core literacy requirements of the specialty,the teaching content should focus on the design of unit teaching,the teaching method should guide the students to learn in depth,the evaluation of teaching should be implemented in the whole process of teaching,and the form of teaching should highlight practicality.
