社会性创伤与青少年自伤行为:一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：为了考察社会性创伤和青少年自伤行为之间的关系以及心理痛苦和父母自主支持在其中的作用,采用社会逆境感知问卷、青少年自我伤害问卷、心理痛苦量表和父母自主支持量表对685名初中生进行施测。结果发现:(1)社会性创伤、自伤行为和心理痛苦之间存在显著的正相关,父母自主支持与社会性创伤、心理痛苦和自伤行为之间存在显著的负相关;(3)心理痛苦在社会性创伤和自伤行为之间起部分中介作用,父母自主支持显著调节社会性创伤对心理痛苦的影响,四者间构成有调节的中介模型。综上,社会性创伤既能直接影响青少年的自伤行为,又可以通过心理痛苦对自伤行为产生间接影响,父母自主支持可有效缓解社会性创伤带来的心理痛苦。To explore the relationship between social trauma and non-suicidal self-injury behaviors of adolescents,as well as the role of psychache and parental autonomy support,685 primary school students were tested by Perceived Chronic Social Adversity Questionnaire,Adolescent Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire,Psychache Scale and Parental Autonomy Support Scale.The results showed that:(1)Social trauma was positively correlated with non-suicidal behaviors and psychache,and they were negatively correlated with parental autonomy support;(2)Psychache played a partial mediating role between social trauma and non-suicidal self-injury behaviors.Parental autonomy support had a marked moderating effect on the impact of social trauma on psychache.The four factors constituted a moderated mediation model.In conclusion,social trauma not only directly affects non-suicidal self-injury behaviors of adolescents,but also indirectly influences non-suicidal self-injury behaviors through psychache.Parental autonomy support can effectively relieve the psychache caused by social trauma.
