摘 要:目的探讨多媒体教学模式在妇产科宫腔镜术带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月赣州市人民医院参与妇产科宫腔镜术带教的60名实习生作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与教学组,每组30例。参照组行常规带教模式,教学组行多媒体教学模式。比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、临床护理能力、教学效果。结果教学后,两组宫腔镜术理论知识、手术操作能力、综合能力评分均高于教学前,且教学组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组信息管理能力、自我管理能力及团结协作能力评分均高于教学前,且教学组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组病情观察能力、主动学习能力、交流沟通能力、应急处理能力、评判性思维能力评分均高于教学前,且教学组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学组提高学习思维能力、提高病情观察能力、提高沟通交流能力、提高团队协作能力、提高课堂趣味性、提高对知识的理解能力、提高知识自主运用的信心占比均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体教学模式应用于妇产科宫腔镜术带教中可明显提高教学成绩、学生学习能力及临床护理能力,学生对该教学模式的评价较高,具有较高应用价值。Objective To discuss the application effect of multimedia teaching mode in hysteroscopy in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 60 interns who participated in the hysteroscopy teaching in Ganzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the teaching group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group followed the conventional teaching mode and the teaching group followed the multimedia teaching mode.The assessment results,autonomous learning ability,clinical nursing ability and teaching effect were compared between the the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of hysteroscopy theoretical knowledge,surgical operation ability and comprehensive ability of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the teaching group was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of information management ability,self-management ability and solidarity and cooperation ability of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the teaching group was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of disease observation ability,active learning ability,communication ability,emergency handling ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the teaching group was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of improving learning thinking ability,disease observation ability,communication ability,teamwork ability,classroom interest,knowledge understanding ability and confidence in independent use of knowledge in the teaching group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimedia teaching mode in the teaching of hysteroscopy in obstetrics and gynecology can obviously improve the teaching
