脊柱微创外科进修医师临床教学方法的探讨

摘　　要：浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科作为国内较早成立的脊柱外科亚专业科室之一,近几年一直致力于培养有志于脊柱微创工作的进修医师。培养计划涵盖了广泛的内容,包括解剖学知识、手术技巧、临床实践等方面。通过系统化的课程设置和实践训练,进修医师可以全面提升在脊柱微创外科领域的专业水平。进修医师在实践中积极探索新的方法和技术,勇于尝试,勇于创新。在培养计划中,团队合作也是至关重要的一环。科室鼓励进修医师与科室内的其他医生、护士以及其他专业人员进行密切合作,共同探讨病例、分享经验、解决问题。总体而言,现行的教学方法旨在为有志于脊柱微创工作的进修医师提供一个全面、系统的学习和成长平台,使他们在脊柱外科领域取得更高的成就,为患者的健康贡献自己的力量。The department of orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine,one of the earliest established sub-specialties in spinal surgery in China,has been dedicated in recent years to training refresher doctors interested in spinal minimally invasive surgery.The training program covers a broad range of topics,including anatomy,surgical techniques,and clinical practice.Through systematic coursework and hands-on training,refresher doctors can comprehensively enhance their expertise in spinal minimally invasive surgery.During the program,refresher doctors actively explore new methods and techniques,demonstrating courage in experimentation and innovation.Teamwork is also a critical component of the training program.The department encourages refresher doctors to closely collaborate with other doctors,nurses,and professionals within the department,to discuss cases,share experiences,and solve problems together.Overall,the current teaching approach aims to provide a comprehensive and systematic learning and growth platform for refresher doctors interested in spinal minimally invasive surgery,helping them achieve greater success in the field and contribute to the health of patients.
