黄炎培大职业教育观的本质逻辑与现代镜鉴

摘　　要：黄炎培大职业教育观是在深厚的时代背景、丰富的个人经历以及国内外职业教育发展趋势的共同影响下形成,不仅是对当时中国职业教育现状的深刻反思,也是对未来职业教育发展方向的探索与创新。通过对“提出大职业教育主义”和“形成黄炎培大职业教育观”两个阶段的系统梳理,阐述了黄炎培大职业教育观的现实意义。从社会性、跨界性、实践性、终身性、创新性等方面阐释了黄炎培大职业教育观的本质逻辑,并提出其现代转化的镜鉴路向为职业教育理念再更新、职业教育模式再创新、职业教育办学方式再创新。Huang Yanpei's view of great vocational education is formed under the joint influence of the profound background of the times,rich personal experience and the development trend of vocational education at home and abroad.It is not only a profound reflection on the current situation of vocational education in China at that time,but also an exploration and innovation of the future development direction of vocational education.By systematically sorting out the two stages of“putting forward the great vocational education doctrine”and“forming Huang Yanpei's view of great vocational education”,this paper analyzes the practical significance of Huang Yanpei's view of great vocational education,explain sits essential logic from the aspects of sociality,crossover,practicality,lifelong and innovation,and puts forward the mirror direction of its modern transformation from the aspects of rerenewal of vocational education concept,re-innovation of vocational education mode and re-innovation of vocational education running mode.
