摘  要:随着我国住院医师规范化培训这十年来的深入推进,顺应新形势下住院医师整体素质的能力养成,对住院医师提出了更高的要求,而医学人文教育提升医学培养的质量内涵是提高素质医学人才的重要途径。本文旨在探讨医学人文教育在住院医师规范化培训中的价值,包括提高医学伦理素养、培养医学人文关怀、促进职业道德建设等方面,并结合目前现状探讨可行的实施方式,通过医学人文教育的有效实施,全面提升住院医师的综合素质,使其成为具备医学专业知识和高尚职业道德的优秀医生。With the advancement of standardized training for resident physicians in China over the past decade,and in response to the new circumstances,higher standards have been set for the overall quality and capability development of resident physicians.Ideological and political education plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and depth of medical training.This article explores the value of ideological and political education in the standardized training of resident physicians,including improving medical ethical literacy,nurturing medical humanistic care,and promoting professional ethical development.It also discusses feasible implementation methods considering the current situation.Through the effective implementation of ideological and political education,the comprehensive quality of resident physicians can be substantially improved,enabling them to become excellent doctors equipped with professional medical knowledge and noble professional ethics.
