摘  要:随着医疗水平的不断提高和医疗需求的增加,护理专业对学生培养的要求不应仅停留在扎实的专业知识和实践技能水平上,更需要关注职业综合素质和职业行动能力的培养。本文深入探讨了如何提升在校护理学生职业综合素质和职业行动能力的方法,旨在为护理学生人才培养和护理学生职业发展提供参考路径。With the continuous improvement of medical standards and the increasing demand for healthcare services,the requirements for nursing education extend beyond solid professional knowledge and practical skills.There is a growing need to focus on cultivating vocational competence and vocational action abilities among nursing students.This article delves into methods for improving the vocational competence and vocational action abilities of nursing students in school,aiming to contribute to both individual career development and the overall enhancement of the healthcare system.
