摘  要:高校教师的专业素养直接影响高等教育的质量、水平和发展,而提高教师专业素养的有效手段就是教师培训。近年来,高校教师培训在改革中取得了一定的成效,但在培训过程中由于内容不够优化、管理不够人性、模式不够创新以及校企合作不深入、监管机制不健全等突出问题,严重影响教师培训的质量和效果。为此,深入分析教师培训的现实问题,从高质量教师培训顶层设计出发,亟需优化培训内容、推动校企合作、构建教师培训生态链、创新培训方式、完善培训效果监管机制,提高新时代教师培训的质量,赋能高素质教师队伍建设,为高等教育实现内涵式高质量发展注入新的动力。The professional quality of college teachers directly affects the quality,level,and development of higher education,and an effective way to improve teachers’professional quality through teacher training.In recent years,the reform of teacher training in colleges has achieved certain results,but there are still some outstanding issues in the process of training,such as insufficient content optimization,non-humanized management,lack of innovation in training mode,insufficient depth of college-enterprise cooperation,and inadequate supervision mechanism,which seriously affect the quality and effectiveness of teacher training.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze the practical problems for teacher training,starting from the top-level design of high-quality teacher training,proposes five strategies for higher-quality teacher training through optimizing training content,promoting college-enterprise cooperation,constructing teacher training ecological chain,innovating training methods,improving training effect supervision mechanism and empowering high-quality teacher team construction,so as to inject new impetus into the connotative high-quality development of higher education.
