摘　　要：本文概述食品检测,指出影响食品安全的因素,探讨食品检测对保障食品安全的意义,分析食品检测的常见问题,提出优化食品检测的对策建议,旨在进一步保障食品安全,营造良好、放心的消费环境。This paper summarizes food testing,points out the factors affecting food safety,discusses the significance of food testing to ensure food safety,analyzes the common problems of food testing,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize food testing,aiming at further ensuring food safety and creating a good and assured consumption environment.
