摘　　要：本文分析了人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)审核软件在预包装食品标签审核中的应用要点,讨论了图像预处理、文本识别、信息提取、语义理解、合规性判断及结果输出与反馈等阶段使用的不同技术与审核方式方法,论证了AI审核软件应用的可行性。未来应基于预包装食品标签审核工作需求,突出多技术的融合集成,丰富拓展AI审核软件的功能。本研究为预包装食品标签审核工作的智能化发展提供了参考。This article discusses the application points of artificial intelligence(AI)review software in the review of prepackaged food labels.Different technologies and review methods used in stages such as image preprocessing,text recognition,information extraction,semantic understanding,compliance judgment,result output and feedback are discussed,and the feasibility of AI review software application is demonstrated.In the future,based on the needs of prepackaged food label review work,we should highlight the integration of multiple technologies and enrich and expand the functions of AI review software.This study provides a reference for the intelligent development of prepackaged food label review work.
