摘  要:作为国家未来发展的中坚力量,当代大学生的营养摄入状况与膳食结构对其身心健康、学业成绩和生活质量有着深远影响。本文基于膳食调查,揭示了饮食习惯不规律、营养摄入不均衡、过度依赖外卖与快餐等问题对当代大学生健康构成的潜在威胁,并提出了均衡膳食原则的应用、改善饮食习惯策略以及加强营养教育与指导等膳食结构优化措施,旨在提高大学生的营养摄入质量,促进其身心健康发展。As the backbone of the country’s future development,the nutritional intake and dietary structure of contemporary college students have a profound impact on their physical and mental health,academic performance,and quality of life.This article is based on a dietary survey and reveals the potential threats to the health of contemporary college students caused by irregular eating habits,imbalanced nutrient intake,and excessive dependence on takeout and fast food,and proposed the application of the principle of balanced diet,strategies to improve dietary habits,and measures to optimize dietary structure such as strengthening nutrition education and guidance,aiming to improve the nutritional intake quality of college students and promote their physical and mental health development.
