摘  要:高校教师是高校生存和发展的力量之源,制定合理、高效的激励机制对高校教师进行有效地激励是高校创新发展的重要任务。在心理契约的基础上,从交易维度、关系维度和发展维度三个方面构建了高校教师激励机制的系统动力学模型,并进行了仿真分析。结果表明,心理契约的交易维度、关系维度和发展维度均对教师的激励有明显的作用,交易维度的激励效果更为显著。另外,针对不同的教师群体从心理契约角度设计的差异化的激励机制能最大限度地发挥激励的作用。University teachers are the source of strength for the survival and development of universities.It is an important task for universities to develop a reasonable and efficient incentive mechanism to effectively motivate university teachers.On the basis of psychological contract,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of university teachers'incentive mechanism from three aspects:transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension,and conducts a simulation analysis.The results show that the incentives of the transaction dimension,relational dimension and development dimension of the psychological contract all have obvious effects on the motivation of teachers,and the incentive effect of the transaction dimension is more significant.In addition,the differentiated incentive mechanism designed from the perspective of psychological contract for different groups of teachers can maximize the role of incentives.
