摘  要:中西医结合外科学临床实训课程作为培养中西医结合外科学复合型人才的核心课程,具有理论抽象、实践性强和学科跨度大等特点。受限于传统教学模式,现有教学面临理论与实践脱节、教学形式单一等困境,严重影响中西医结合外科学人才的培养质量。如何加强中西医结合外科学临床实践课程建设,创新人才培养模式,推动教学体系改革已成为中国中医院校人才培养工作的重点和难点。近年来,北京中医药大学秉着“人心向学,传承创新”理念,在教学建设方面不断创新、反复实践,形成“建构主义学习理论联合成果导向教育理念”的特色教学模式,并开创性地将该模式应用于中西医结合外科学临床实践课程的改革探索中,实证效果较好,为中西医结合外科学临床实践教学课程建设提供新的框架、依据和典范。本文从理念内涵、建设思路及措施等方面对该教学模式进行详细论述,以期为同类教学改革提供理论依据及参考借鉴。Clinical practice course of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery serves as a core component for cultivating interdisciplinary professionals in this field,has the characteristics of theoretical abstraction,strong practicality,and wide disciplinary span.Due to the limitations of traditional teaching methods,existing teaching faces challenges such as disconnect between theory and practice,and single teaching format,which seriously affects the quality of talent cultivation in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery.How to strengthen the construction of clinical practice courses in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery,innovate talent training models,and promote teaching system reform has become a key and difficult point in the talent training work of Chinese medicine colleges and universities.In recent years,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has adhered to the concept of“learning from the heart,inheriting and innovating”,continuously innovating and repeatedly practicing in teaching construction,forming a characteristic teaching model of“constructivist learning theory combined with achievement oriented education concept”,and creatively applying this model to reform and exploration of clinical practice courses in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery.The empirical effect is good,providing a new framework,basis and model for the construction of clinical practice teaching courses in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery.This article provides detailed discussion on teaching model from the aspects of conceptual connotation,construction ideas and measures,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for similar teaching reforms.
