摘  要:城乡义务教育共同体建设是推进我国城乡义务教育优质均衡发展的一个重要途径。当前在城乡义务教育共同体建设中存在价值取向偏离、内生动力不足、合作环境较差、资源流动不畅等问题。为有效地解决这些问题,文章尝试引入共生理论,运用共生单元、共生模式、共生环境、共生界面四大要素分析城乡义务教育共同体发展机制,通过改变价值观念、提高内生动力、加强合作关系、畅通资源流动等策略,构建城乡义务教育共生关系,探索推动城乡义务教育共同体建设新路径,从而推动城乡义务教育优质均衡发展。The construction of an urban-rural compulsory education community is an important way to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education across the urban and rural areas in China.Currently,there are issues such as deviations in value orientation,inadequate endogenous motivation,a poor cooperative environment,and obstacles to resource flow in the construction of this community.To effectively address these problems,this paper proposes the integration of symbiosis theory to analyze the developmental mechanisms through four key elements:symbiotic units,symbiotic modes,symbiotic environments,and symbiotic interfaces.By implementing strategies such as reshaping value perceptions,enhancing endogenous motivation,strengthening cooperative relationships,and facilitating resource flow,this paper aims to establish a symbiotic relationship between urban and rural compulsory education and to explore new pathways for promoting the construction of an urban-rural compulsory education community,thereby advancing towards a new pattern of high-quality and balanced development in urban and rural compulsory education.
