摘 要:在职业教育改革深化的背景下,探讨了构建基于新标准的高职英语教育质量评价体系的必要性、原则及路径。通过明确教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学研究、教师素质及教学效果等关键维度,并设定具体观测点,旨在全面、客观地评估高职英语教育质量。评价体系强调以学生为中心,注重培养学生的核心素养和综合能力,同时促进教师专业发展,优化教学管理。为提升高职英语教学质量、培养具有国际竞争力的高素质技能型人才提供了理论依据和实践指导。In the context of deepening the reform of vocational education,the necessity,principles and paths of constructing quality evaluation system of higher vocational English education based on New Standards are discussed.It is proposed to determine key dimensions including teaching objective,teaching contents,teaching approaches,research on teaching,teachers’quality and teaching effect,and set specific aspects to be assessed for each dimension,aiming to objectively evaluate quality of English education in vocational colleges in all respects.The system highlights student-oriented evaluation and attaches importance to cultivating students’key competence and comprehensive abilities.It can promote teachers professional development and optimize teaching administration,offering theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving quality of English teaching in vocational colleges and cultivating high quality technical talents with global competitiveness.
