摘　　要：产教融合是高等院校与行业企业的深度合作,旨在提升人才培养质量。职业院校需要通过产教融合将人才培养与产业发展需求紧密结合,着力培养面向未来、贴近产业的人才,提高人才和职业的匹配度,助力推动高质量就业。产教融合对于促进小学英语教育专业发展,提升专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。安徽国际商务职业学院小学英语教育专业是凸显学院外语特色的师范类专业,在产教融合、校企双元育人环境中,学生既能加强小学英语教学知识学习,又能强化教学基本功训练,提高综合职业素养,毕业之后“匠心育人”,成为高素质技术技能型人才,为地方教育事业发展贡献力量。以培养学生的职业胜任能力为首要目标,突出专业实践教学的核心位置,重点在校企合作实践教育基地建设方面进行探索与研究有其必要性。The integration of industry and education is an in-depth cooperation between industry and education.It is an in-depth cooperation between colleges and universities and industry enterprises,aiming to improve the quality of talent training.Vocational colleges and universities need to closely combine talent training with industrial development needs through the integration of industry and education,focus on cultivating future-oriented talents who are close to the industry,improve the matching of talents and occupations,and help promote high-quality employment.The integration of industry and education is necessary to promote the professional development of primary school English education and improve the quality of professional talent training.The primary school English education major of Anhui International Business Vocational College is a normal major that highlights the characteristics of foreign languages of the college.In the environment of industry-education integration and school-enterprise dual education,students can not only strengthen the learning of primary school English teaching knowledge,but also strengthen the basic teaching training and improve comprehensive professional literacy.They study hard during school.After graduation“Ingenuity educates people”,strive to become high-quality technical and skilled talents useful to the country,society and schools,and contribute to the development of local education.Taking the primary goal of cultivating students’professional competence,it highlights the core position of professional practice teaching,and focuses on the construction of school-enterprise cooperative practice education base.
