摘　　要：为更好地创新提升都市农林高校经管学院人才培养体系,文章根据专家打分计算出各层级指标权重,并通过综合模糊评价运算得到学生对都市农林高校经管类人才培养体系的满意度。从学生对都市农林高校经管类人才培养体系满意度的综合评价来看,学生对人才培养体系基本满意。在全面掌握都市农林高校人才培养体系现状以及存在问题的基础上,提出要制定有特色的人才培养体系、创新人才培养模式,完善人才培养目标等。In order to better innovate and improve the talent training system of economics and management colleges in urban agriculture and forestry universities.In this paper,the index weights of various levels are calculated according to the score of experts and obtains the students satisfaction with the economic and management talent training system of urban agricultural and forestry universities through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation operation.From the comprehensive evaluation of students'satisfaction with the economic and management talent training system in urban agricultural and forestry universities,students are basically satisfied with the talent training system.on the basis of comprehensively grasping the current situation of the talent training system and the existing problems in urban agricultural and forestry universities,it is proposed to formulate a characteristic talent training system,innovate the talent training mode and improve the talent training objectives.
