摘 要:通过查阅文献和对500名12~18岁青少年进行问卷调查,分析当前青少年眼视光健康状况及饮食营养情况,探讨青少年眼视光健康与营养膳食的关系。调查结果显示,在营养摄入不达标的455人中,有305人出现不同程度的视力问题,其中近视患者160人;深绿色蔬菜、深海鱼等食物摄入与近视风险呈负相关。基于研究结果制定了相应的营养指导方案,提出包括增加特定食物摄入、适度补充关键营养素、控制高糖高脂饮食等营养膳食的策略,为青少年眼视光健康管理提供新思路。Through a literature review and a questionnaire survey of 500 adolescents aged 12~18,the current status of adolescents'eye and vision health and dietary nutrition was analyzed,aiming to explore the relationship between adolescent eye and vision health and nutritional diet.The results showed that of the 455 people with substandard nutritional intake,305 had vision problems of varying degrees,of which 160 were myopic;food intake such as dark green vegetables and deep-sea fish was negatively correlated with the risk of myopia.Based on the research findings,nutritional dietary guidance strategies were proposed,including increasing the intake of specific foods,moderately supplementing key nutrients,and controlling high-sugar and high-fat diets,which provided new ideas for the management of adolescents'eye and vision health.
