高职药学专业科研育人的意义及困境研究

摘　　要：文章从国家战略层面、社会发展层面、高校职能层面、教师职责层面、学生成长层面五方面入手,探讨高职药学专业科研育人的意义;并从高职院校科研育人的理念、科研育人的机制、科研与教学的融合度、科研育人的师资及平台建设、科研成果的转化率五方面入手,探讨当前高职药学专业科研育人存在的困境,为进一步探索与构建高职药学专业特色科研育人体系打下坚实的理论基础。In this study,the significance of scientific research education of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges was dis⁃cussed from five aspects:national strategy,social development,university function,teacher responsibility and student growth.Starting from the concept of scientific research education in higher vocational colleges,the mechanism of scientific research education,the de⁃gree of integration of scientific research and teaching,the construction of teachers and platforms for scientific research education,and the conversion rate of scientific research results,this paper discussed the difficulties in the process of scientific research education of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for further exploring and constructing the characteristic scientific research education system of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges.
