摘 要:在职业教育深化改革的背景下,高职院校需要以岗位为核心,以课程内容为基础,以竞赛活动为平台,以证书认证为保障,构建“岗课赛证”育人体系,为学生创设良好的学习发展环境,强化育人效果。而在构建“岗课赛证”育人体系的过程中,高职院校还应当充分重视教师的作用,积极提升教师专业素质,使教师更好地承担育人工作,切实强化学生专业技能,提高学生就业竞争力。文中对“岗课赛证”育人模式的内涵逻辑进行分析,对“岗课赛证”育人体系下高职院校教师专业素质提升问题进行研究,对“岗课赛证”育人体系下高职院校教师专业素质提升途径进行探讨,希望助力教师专业成长与发展。Under the background of deepening the reform of vocational education,higher vocational colleges need to take post as the core,course content as the basis,competition activities as the platform,and certification as the guarantee,to build an educational system of“post,course,competition and certificate”,create a good learning and development environment for students,and strengthen the education effect.In the process of building the education system of“post,course,competition and certificate”,higher vocational colleges should also pay full attention to the role of teachers,actively improve the professional quality of teachers,so that teachers can better undertake the education work,effectively enhance students’professional skills,and improve students’employment competitiveness.This paper analyzes the connotation logic of“post,course,competition and certificate”education mode,studies the improvement of professional quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the“post,course,competition and certificate”education system,and discusses the ways to improve professional quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the“post,course,competition and certificate”education system,hoping to help teachers’professional growth and development.
