中医药高校研究生思科教协同育人机制研究

摘　　要：此研究阐述了高校研究生思政教师、导师、辅导员(思科教)培育社会主义接班人的现状和存在的问题,并结合当前常态化疫情防控下协同育人的导向,提出构建研究生思科教协同育人机制,凸出中医药特色,彰显中医药文化自信,不断渗透中医药理念,传播中医药文化,讲好中医药故事,做好中医药工作,促进其可持续发展,为中医药大学新时代研究生的培养提供一种新思路。This study expounded the current situation and existing problems of college graduate ideological and political teachers,tu⁃tors and counselors(thinking,science and education)in the education and cultivation of socialist successors.Combined with the guid⁃ance of collaborative education under the current normal epidemic prevention and control,the establishment of a collaborative educa⁃tion mechanism of thinking,science and education was proposed.Highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,practicing the self-confidence of traditional Chinese medicine culture,constantly infiltrating the concept of traditional Chinese medi⁃cine,spreading the traditional Chinese medicine culture,telling good stories about traditional Chinese medicine,doing a good job in traditional Chinese medicine work,promoting its sustainable development,and providing a new idea for the cultivation of graduate stu⁃dents in the new era of university of Chinese medicine.
