摘　　要：论文通过不同代际美国华裔作家的代表作品,分析了美国排华政策如何在家园、社会、生存的三重边界上立体构建出美国华裔群体的认同困境、边缘困境和精神困境。这些作品不仅揭示了美国社会长期存在的种族歧视问题,也展现了华裔作家通过文学手段对抗不公和追求正义的努力。从第一代美国华裔作家开始,直到今天的美国新移民作家群体,排华政策书写总是会跨时代地出现在华裔文学作品之中,可见一系列的排华政策对数代美国华人造成了难以释怀的心灵伤痛,且不同代际作家的书写更是反映出不同时代华人群体的身份焦虑与道德困惑。From the first generation of Chinese American writers to today’s“new migrants”,writing on Chinese exclusion has been a constant theme of Chinese American literature.Although it captures the psychological shadow over generations of Chinese Americans,writers of different generations vary,with different anxiety caused by individuals’confusion of Chinese identity.Discussing representative works of Chinese American writers from different times,this paper analyses how Chinese exclusion in America played an important part in constructing Chinese American identity,which has continually been in dilemma,resulting in individuals constantly shifting their boundaries of home and society for survival.The research argues that these writings reveal not only the impact of long-standing trauma of racial discrimination on Chinese American,but also the courage of Chinese American writers in collectively pursuing social justice through literary means.
