摘 要:学分银行是一种能够模拟商业银行的功能和特点、借鉴银行运作模式的国家学分管理制度,具有对学习成果的学分认定、学分储存、成果转换和学历兑换等功能。在运行实践中,由于各职业院校和职业培训机构之间存在教学资源的共享性不高、学分认定标准不统一、学分互认转化不一致等问题,导致在学生职业教育终身学习生涯中难以实现个体利益与社会利益的双赢。在未来学分银行制度的推进过程中,需要进一步强化政府部门的主导作用,发挥各项教育资源的最大效能,为社会培养出更多高素质、创新型的技术技能人才,为新时期加快建设教育强国、推动社会经济的高质量发展提供坚实的人才保障。A credit bank is a national credit management system that can simulate the functions and characteristics of commercial banks and draw on the operational model of banks.It has functions such as credit recognition,credit storage,achievement conversion,and degree exchange for learning outcomes.In practical operation,due to the low sharing of teaching resources,inconsistent credit recognition standards,and inconsistent credit recognition and conversion among vocational colleges and training institutions,it is difficult to achieve a win-win situation between individual interests and social interests in the lifelong learning career of students in vocational education.In the process of promoting the credit bank system in the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the leading role of government departments,maximize the effectiveness of educational resources,cultivate more high-quality and innovative technical and skilled talents for society,and provide a solid guarantee of talents for the accelerated construction of a powerful nation of education and the promotion of high-quality development of the social economy in the new period.
